Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.

When you buy a kit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify it for one business, including its own employees and offices. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the kit or any modified version of it as a template, or use it to provide services to other businesses, without our written permission.
3. Not legal advice
Our products are templates and educational resources. They are not legal, tax, accounting or professional advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. You are responsible for making sure your finished plan accurately describes your business and meets the laws that apply to you. We recommend reviewing it with a qualified advisor.
4. No guarantee
Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that using them will make you compliant with any law or regulation, or prevent any security incident. Laws and agency guidance change; you are responsible for keeping your plan current.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, security incidents, fines or lost profits.
